Zebra in other libraries

I think it makes sense to over time move away from using https://github.com/VirtualActuary/VBALib/blob/master/generate-vba-library.py and include some of those useful libraries in MiscVBA (as the central, main AA VBA library).

For now, the following will be needed:

• https://github.com/VBA-tools/VBA-JSON
• the CSV read/ write library. I'm not sure which one we actually use in VBALib?

@BartJan142 will be good if you and @heetbeet sit on this one together.
