The registration data for Incubator 10.0 will be collected using a Google Form as it is a TSTT cohort. This data now needs to be added/dumped to our database into three tables: student_details, student_registration_details, and student_ education.
This is a one-time bulk activity that will be done after the registration period ends.
The goal is to create a unique student ID for each student and use that ID to temporarily generate an email address (for example: studentID@vigyanshaala.com).
These temporary email IDs will allow students to get started on the Graphy platform until their first class, where they will be guided on how to create and use their own personal email IDs.
Once students share their real email IDs later, the temporary system-generated email IDs will be replaced with their actual email addresses in the system at the end of the cohort.
