Remove v1.121.0 tag

As far as I understand it's bogus and does not correspond to any VictoriaLogs release. While present, it may confuse automated new release tracking tools which may take it for a new release.

Thanks for the report. I'm curious what automation or resource did you encounter that referenced the v1.121.0 tag? + I've removed all unrelated VictoriaLogs tags on GitHub.

I've got a request to blacklist the bogus version in repology. The bogus version was caused by an actual package update in homebrew, which looks to be automated one.

That's strange, since Homebrew uses /latest, which should return the newest release based on publish time. Anyway, I think it's fixed now:
