This document exists to make explicit what AUCTORISEAL does not claim, does not represent, and does not guarantee.
AUCTORISEAL is not:
- a government body
- a regulatory authority
- a standards organization
- a certification authority recognized by law
- an official compliance framework
Any authority asserted by AUCTORISEAL applies only to systems and parties that explicitly and voluntarily defer to it.
AUCTORISEAL does not guarantee:
- legal compliance
- regulatory compliance
- audit success
- safety
- correctness
- security of downstream systems
Seals issued by AUCTORISEAL are records of delegated authority, not certifications of outcome or behavior.
AUCTORISEAL does not assume liability for:
- actions taken under a valid authority seal
- actions taken without a valid authority seal
- failures of downstream systems
- misuse or abuse of granted authority
- business, financial, or operational losses
Responsibility for actions remains with the entity that held and exercised the authority.
AUCTORISEAL is provided:
- “as is”
- without warranty of any kind
- without guarantees of availability or fitness
There is no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Authority granted by AUCTORISEAL:
- is bounded by explicit scope and constraints
- may be revoked at any time
- does not extend beyond the defined ecosystem
- does not bind third parties
Any use of AUCTORISEAL outside its defined scope is unauthorized.
AUCTORISEAL makes no claim of jurisdictional authority.
Jurisdiction, governing law, and dispute resolution (if any) are defined separately by the operator or legal entity responsible for deployment.
If any statement, seal, or record is ambiguous:
- the ledger record prevails
- protocol definitions prevail over documentation
- explicit scope prevails over interpretation
Marketing language, summaries, or third-party descriptions are non-authoritative.
By interacting with AUCTORISEAL or relying on its records, you acknowledge that:
- authority is voluntarily delegated
- legitimacy is ecosystem-scoped
- no external legal power is implied
If you do not accept these conditions, you must not rely on AUCTORISEAL.
