Got an issue while installing Rookie from VRPE GUI

Antivirus was off. I was trying to install on Windows 11.

I should really change the error handling in the VRPE...lol,

Anyhow, this is not really a program issue, but a connection issue to either our wiki or GitHub. You can attempt to use a VPN to resolve the issue or just download the portable files off our wiki directly.
