BROWSER.DBF does not carry forward addins and most recently used classes/classlibs

📝 Provide detailed reproduction steps (if any)

1. Installed v1.01 via Thor Check for Updates
2. Followed the instructions to run the "Install Class Browser" from the Thor > Applications menu

✔️ Expected result

Expected the HOME(7) BROWSER.DBF used by version 1.01 to have the contents from the HOME(0) BROWSE.DBF used by the original version. Append from the original file all records except the first record, and any deleted records.

❌ Actual result

Only the BROWSER record and some deleted records are included in the BROWSER.DBF in the HOME(7) folder.
