Allow users to set a rule: "If balance < 5 XLM, automatically buy 50 XLM."

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Toggle switch "Enable Auto-Top Up".

[ ] Input fields: Threshold Amount, Top Up Amount.

[ ] Note: UI should explain this requires a pre-approved allowance or backend bot.
