Alignment/Icons with HiDPI Scaling

I've loved GTKAero on my standard display but unfortunately when scaling over 100% things kind of fall apart.

Back and forward, refresh and search, are too small causing weird alignment issues. Also there is gaps between the command bar expand portions, but I fixed that by setting the background to stretch rather than repeat-x.

Checkbox radio button assets are also an issue. This is due to the file path of the 2x scaled icons being wrong. Replacing all instances (find and replace) of -@2 with @2 in gtk.css will fix the icon paths and get things loading in.

I haven't had a chance to look at this yet since I have not encountered it yet, but I'll review it as soon as possible and do my best to resolve it.

No stress! I've fixed the issues for myself, but in a "works for me" kind of way, that is certain to break it for others. I'll tidy things up and submit a pull request.

I might put the Hi-DPI scaled changes in another branch if it collides with other assets in this repository.

By the way, how much did you scale the display up? 200%?

Remember that Windows 7 could only change the size up to 150%, which might make it harder to find the right assets for a display with 200%. I will still work on the case; I have also figured that i can just scale the assets by * 2 if you use 200%.

you could go all the way up to 500% by going into a submenu on that scale page iirc (i don't think there are any textures for sizes above 150% in the msstyle they used tho, and stuff progressively falls apart as you go above 150% too but that's besides the point)
