Power monitoring #299
Description
Not 100% sure exactly needs to be done on the software side to support power monitoring, so this issue is just to track anything that comes up. The power monitoring board sends is intended to send out uavcan.equipment.power.CircuitStatus messages so I imagine a ROS wrapper would need to be written for that, as well as something in Rviz to actually show the voltage/current measurements.
