User Story

As a user, I want to navigate between separate pages using the header menu instead of scrolling on one page.

Description

Replace the current scroll-to-section nav with proper page routing. Nav links: Home, About, Events, Partners, Search. Right side: dark/light toggle, Join Us button, Connect Wallet button. When logged in, replace Connect Wallet with a user dropdown (Profile, Disconnect, Admin Dashboard for admins). Mobile hamburger menu. Sticky header.

Acceptance Criteria

• All nav links route to separate pages
• Logged-out and logged-in states work correctly
• Admins see Admin Dashboard in dropdown
• Mobile hamburger menu works
• Dark/light toggle integrated
• Active page indicated
• Sticky on scroll
