User Story

As a prospective member, I want to join WDCC on the website instead of a Google Form.

Description

Form with: full name, preferred email, university (dropdown with NZ universities + Other). Client validation, success screen, error handling.

Acceptance Criteria

• Form fields per design
• Client-side validation with inline errors
• Loading state on submit
• Success screen
• Handles duplicate email and server errors
• Dark/light mode
