if now > lureEnd + 30
Especially this check was "wrong". If new Lure was enabled this could never be True, because lureEnd would be in future :)

use:
if now > oldLureEnd + 30

In principle, you can scan lure expire time by clicking on the fort. This was implemented in Chuck but never tested (according to a comment made by yours truly there): WatWowMap/Chuck#65

Never mind this is already supported.

Golbat already supports this when this data is available and this is tested correct. This issue is about when the actual data is not available

Yeah I think so... When lure is only coming from GMO then this is issue still exists
