Rename TrajectoryEvaluator

`TrajectoryEvaluator` name is missleading as currently it operates only on tool calls. We should rename it into something like `TrajectoryToolsEvaluator` and (ideally) have a new TrajectoryEvaluator that evaluates the entire `workflow` traces.
