Import course plan from Quest

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
This is a functionality that UWFlow implements, it would be nice to do that same. This would make it easy for users with multiple terms under their belt.

Something that properly populates the course plan and checks off in the checklist correctly.
