pull out all conversion factors #120
Description
I see you have these conversion factors specified as arguments in a few places in '2_observations.yml'. This is not necessary, but I wonder if it would be helpful to have all of the conversion factors in a tibble or named list that could then be referenced wherever those conversion factors are needed.
