Data checks against NWS rainfall #28
Description
"Reasonableness" checks with online NWS data.
Would likely best be utilized in an additional function that would pull and compare NWS data.
What timesteps are available for NWS? Would maybe need to calculate UV data from rainmaker, then compare to NWS.
Issues that come to mind: how to automatically find the nearest NWS site.
