Ability to output UV data in desired time steps #27
Description
This would likely be best implemented as an additional function within the package. User specifies data and timestep to summarize (day, week, etc).
Could also implement different statistics. Could calculate stats at daily time step, and then anything greater than daily could be mean/max/sd/etc.
