[FEAT-UI]: Storm Tracks filter enhance

I noticed that the Storm Tracks are not properly filtering unless you move the actual map, otherwise the filtered values are not rendered properly

I see that the filter is actually applied when you hit the "Apply" button, but I still think it could be useful for the user to see the updates to the map automatically as the filter is adjusted
