This is currently updated to use CDA now and exists in an swt-scripts repo (possibly) might be a cavi-scripts repo? But eventually this could get moved to an internal webpage plot that targets the fcst scripts. First phase of this is done in that we convert to CDA. Just needs fcst timeseries conversion now.

• Current workflow/state is documented
• Target platform and owning repo/service are confirmed
• CDA/CWBI/OpenDCS/Oracle dependencies are documented
• Implementation or migration path is complete
• Output is validated against the current process
• Operational ownership is documented
• Legacy path is retired or explicitly documented
