[June 2026] Consider to transfer repo to https://github.com/NAISS-Training

BC mentioned the following:

New repo for all courses at https://github.com/NAISS-Training or make sure someone adds it on NAISS.se

I guess this means we should transfer this repo to https://github.com/NAISS-Training .

I'd be fine with this and volunteer to do so when assured I understood correctly 👍

This seems to be obsolete, as NAISS is moving to GitLab. I will leave this open until I know more/for sure :-)

NAISS seems to have made the move to GitLab.

I am unsure if we, as both NBIS and NAISS, should move:

• If we move to NAISS, maybe Lars will get trouble getting an account
• If we move to NBIS, maybe Björn will get trouble getting an account

I keep this issue on hold, until after the next course iteration.

But one can always add external people to individual repos in NAISS GitLab.
I don't know about NBIS.

At least we do not need to do the transfer for the May course.

So this course is originally an NBIS course with NAISS collaboration, but we can ofcourse discontinue the NBIS course in favour of an NAISS course if that is something you guys feel is a better fit for you. We can discuss this at the next meeting. (I will schedule a new meeting as we are getting close to the course dates now.)

NBIS site is OK for me. HPC is mentioned very minimalistically!

NBIS site seems best to me too! We do not mention HPC much (if at all), so that seems to be the better fit to me 👍.

Uh, why don't we just keep it as it is ...?
