Face Cropping

• Integrated face detection and cropping using Prasanna’s existing implementation from the age-and-gender classification model
• Skip cropping for face-centered, low-res images (e.g., 48×48) like in our dataset, to preserve content and avoid unnecessary processing
• For datasets with higher-resolution images (e.g., >100×100) where the face may not be centered, this cropping step improves focus and model input quality
