run desktop Linux image in WSL not reliable

1 to make Linux image run in WSL , pre-reqs : fuse / libcnn.so needs to be manually installed

2 after desktop starts demo run works intermittently , am able to run say facematch app once. leave window idle , try again freezes desktop UI
another observation is start UI , leave it alone and then try any button freezes

3 WSL has unix style paths , however customer are familiar with windows style paths , can this be handled #336 ?

If host Windows is hibernated , this freeze issue mentioned in 2 is observed. to be confirmed

refer wsl-config
resolv.conf gen to false
localhostForwarding to true to access 127.0.0.1
WSL will support launching Windows processes-enabled to run windows exe ?
