Braginskii comparison vs SOLPS - 1D only

We want to compare to a SOLPS simulation on the existing MAST-U grid, for a reduced physics set (e.g. no neutrals, with fixed source profiles instead).

Potential issues:

1. Resolution/numerical differences - SOLPS will have a very course resolution, so we might need to do a simple convergence test between the two codes
2. Differences in the closures - even with the same forms of the equations, subtle differences, such as the choices regarding Coulomb logarithms, can manifest themselves
3. Boundary condition differences

David's grid is in Nektar++. Not running yet due to convergence problem.
