Compare UFOKN ontology to existing semantic resources (task2.3)

Proposal deliverables (task 2.3) said we would compare our conceptual model to existing "semantic resources" in hydrology. Maybe starting with the CUAHSI ontology?

Torsten mentioned Shirley was doing something similar along these lines.

@ashepherd, @shirlystephen, and @thahmann - the CUAHSI "ontology" is really only a hierarchical listing of observed variable names (e.g., discharge, temperature, etc.) and doesn't have broader coverage of hydrologic terms. It would be better to start with things like the OGC's Surface Hydrology Features (HY_Features) Conceptual Model and the OGC Environmental Linked Features Interoperability Experiment.
