2. Description of Change

Deploy a self-hosted instance of YAGPDB to the Udl-tf/clusters environment. This change is necessary to implement a custom, high-security archival and moderation system.

3. Impact Assessment

Reason for wanting the bot selfhosted is because i run into alot of limitations with the current public version of the bot, such as limited code space, limited logic and limited amount of custom command that track messages.

Why do we need this bot? What features does it give us, can't we just program our own bot from scratch than using another bot? Don't see much benefit, seems like it also has too much administration rights currently. It allows someone if miss configured to get full admin if they'd like.

The System: Monitors join velocity. At 100 Heat, the bot starts tagging.
Shadow-Ban: If enabled (-raid toggle 1), suspicious users are silenced.
Commands: -raid status to check heat, -raid clear @user to pardon.

The Smart Filter (-filter)
Deep Clean: Ignores spaces/dots/leetspeak (e.g., a.p.p.l.3 is caught).
Usage: -filter add word, phrase to update the scanner.
