I completed an analysis using tRAX for one of the researchers at our university, and the tool worked beautifully. I was wondering why you included antisense tRNAs and tDRs. I'm sure there is a good reason but I searched the web and couldn't find any information about their relevance. I see they may be relevant to mitochondrial tRNA but I'm not sure about nuclear tRNA. I also wondered about a few of the other annotations: trailercounts, wholeprecounts, partialprecounts, etc. I looked through the paper and the supplements and didn't see a descriptions of these.
Thanks for your help!
