I've found a bug I'm still trying different solutions to fix. The file picker won't select the file on my iOS 15 rootless jailbroken device running Dopamine. I've tried updating entitlements and the privacy descriptions so far, and neither has solved it.
File picker works normally on my iOS 26 test device.
