In World bars only work when looking at entity, despite having it as damaged only or always.

Have it set on always:

Only works for the creeper that i'm directly looking at, and the health bar of the other one on the left doesn't display at all.

I'm playing on 1.20.1 forge with version 1.6.1 of the mod. This didn't used to happen on v1.5.1. Noticed that it hasn't been fixed on a good while so i've decided to report it.

Both the skeleton and creeper have their healthbars displayed and i'm not directly looking at neither of them.
