Pretty much what the title says: If you set the In-World HUD Activation option to Always, Nearby or other values that do not require you to look at a target, it will only work as expected if you set a tracking distance above 90, specifically enough.
First case: default tracking distance (64.0) and tracking Always
Result:
No HUD for the on-screen entities is shown.
Second case: tracking distance of 90 or above and tracking Always
Result:
Every bar is correctly rendered.
