Werid animation for settings-menu when rapidly spamming the settings button

Currently, you can spam-tap the settings button to rapidly hide/show the settings dropdown-menu.

Though there is nothing wrong in it's functionality, it makes the animation itself looks weird.

We should make it so that the settings-button will not respond when the animation is still playing.
Aka, the settings-menu should not close while the showing animation is still playing.
