Earthquakes are not working. Is this feature implemented?

Relevant class, that is responsible for global effects: GlobalEffects
It already tracks script-side requests in GlobalEffects::quakeEff, just not shakes camera yet.

It works. I tested it when exploring pyramid where portal to Jankedar is present.
Also it works when summoning goblin.
