Individual new volunteer call/chat

The idea has been to offer new volunteers an individual call/chat to welcome them better and answer any potential questions they may have. For this we would want to:

• Create a standard format for how to do these calls/chats, including what to mention and what to ask.
• See who is willing to do them and who should be responsible for offering them.
