Run jco-transpiled decider components in-browser for unit testing and AI-sandbox simulation, reusing the in-memory sim host contract (trogon-decider-sim: SimHost/SimInstance/SimScenario and the YAML given/when/then suites).
Why: a browser host lets decider behavior be exercised without any backend, enabling sandboxed simulation UIs and client-side test tooling on the same artifacts that run in production.
