Wanna know the camera trajectory file you provided, are they C2W or W2C?
Also, what's the purpose of :(in load camera poses()), why is it necessary to add an offset?
pano_pose_44[0,3] += pano_center_offset[0]
pano_pose_44[2,3] += pano_center_offset[1]
and is it correct that load_camera_poses() covert W2C(perspective camera) poses to W(reference pano)2C(perspective camera)..?
