Move transportation RSVP deadline to top of screen #36
Description
Many hackers have claimed that they didn't realize they needed to confirm their travel (particularly for buses) where the RSVP notice is only displayed after scrolling past the bus schedule. Moving this closer to the top of the page should resolve this.
