Easier way to bulk accept

The bulk accept feature works as expected and needed, but it can create a lot of duplicate steps for admins to fill lots of information on spreadsheets. 

Ideally, admins would provide a list of IDs and select all other information on the bulk accept tab. ie. admins provide a list of IDs, select transportation mode, deadlines, etc. from dropdown menus on the bulk accept tab.
