Top stats: longest "bookend" routes

Inspired by this AARoads Forum thread, a possible top stats page addition could be the longest routes (connected or in-region) that a traveler has traveled the last segment on each end, but is missing at least one segment along the way. User paulthemapguy on AARoads introduced the term "bookending" for this.
