HDX/AV: JSON files as alternative to QS parameter lengths

HDX could support loading of a JSON file (uploaded or read from a server) to choose graphs, AV, AV parameters, etc., as a way to avoid the long QS parameter URLs.

This might become more of an issue as parallel AVs are developed.
