Bring back ability to import a saved hosts file for custom fallback.

•While I understand TrackControl already has its own trackers list and updating is as easy as a button in settings, as someone who loves to feel maximum control over my devices and user programs, I would love to see the ability brought back to be able to import a fallback hosts file. Knowing I can back up a hosts file and use it whenever I want makes me feel good. (I am the “I have to back everything up and it must still be usable after” person)

•My Wanting Solution: please add import hosts file back master pleeeease. Even if it is only a fallback method.

Can't even do “file:///path/to/hosts_file” because it gets denied due to lack of storage permissions. I would like to see the option to manually add a saved hosts file returned like it was previously.
