Analyze compilers/build systems and choose the best one.

User story:
As a template user, I want to understand why a specific compilers/build systems was chosen, so that I can eventually choose this particular project.

DoD:

• investigate and analyzed compilers/build systems
• in technologies.md file described considered compilers/build systems
• also in technologies.md file described pros/cons for each compilers/build systems
• pick one suitable compilers/build systems

Technical details:

• Investigate gcc and clang compilers
• Investigate cmake, ninja and meson build systems
• Check compability with selected package manager
