Linking the CMake Tools extension to the test executable.

User story:
As a developer, I want to configure the visibility of the test executable using the CMake Tools extension, so that I can run the tests through the extension.

DoD:

• Tests are executed when run through the CMake Tools extension.
• Tests are run by running the ctest command in build/Debug.
