[BUG] Bad Routes and actions on Admin General Exercise

• When Editing Exercises defined as general the Owner changes and they stop being general
• When Creating a New Exercises defined as general if added Photos or Training Tools the site give errors regarding relation with the objects
• Feedback not visible when deleting a User
• Unable to upgrade Users to Admins
