Roc 0.9 doesn't work on both my PCs

Hello,
I have downloaded Roc 0.9 and it doesn't work on my PC's, one of them with Amd FX8320 CPU and the other one with Intel core i5 6600K CPU (on this PC I tried both x64 and x64_HNI and both not worked).

As far as I can tell, this is a new problem with the multiprocessing system. In late September I was using local builds of the Roc 0.9 code for tuning and testing. In early October, after a restart, I could no longer run them. I conjecture that Roc is somehow misusing the Windows API.
My only advice is to stick with Roc 0.8 until I have some time to refactor the multiprocessing code.

This the error I get when trying to run Roc with more than the default 128mb of hash on the TCEC server.
