Looking for a Timefold expert for a school timetabling project (paid)

Project Description:
I need a Timefold/OptaPlanner expert to implement a school scheduling solver.

Hard Constraints:

• A teacher cannot teach two lessons at the same time
• A room cannot have two lessons at the same time
• Student group size cannot exceed a maximum limit (e.g., 30 students)

Soft Constraints:

• Teacher time preferences
• Student age grouping preferences

Deliverables:

1. Working Java/Kotlin application using Timefold
2. Simple UI or CSV import/export for testing
3. Output showing the generated schedule without conflicts

I'm currently building a more advanced school timetabling engine and evaluating whether to extend the Timefold approach or combine it with custom flow-based scheduling and repair heuristics.

The main challenge is handling high-density academic constraints while keeping generation fast and scalable for SaaS usage.

I'll study the quickstart structure and experiment with adapting the input pipeline and constraint model.
