Verbosity for Progress of Dynamic Community Matching

- In `matching.py`: Add `flush = True` to `print('step', i)` in the Python function to get immediate updates
- In `calculate_dynamic_topics.R`: Capture output in R and make a progress bar corresponding to `step/timeframes`
