BUG: Some characters will be missing in challonge.participants.create

In a tournament, we use the name format 12345678+YOUR_NAME, like 11111111+Nanahira for example, When uploading the participants with challonge.participants.create, all the + characters are gone, making the name 11111111 Nanahira displayed on Challonge.
Maybe there will be other characters missing. Could you find it out and fix this problem? Thanks.
