I have not been able to find this setting on the app and I am sure everyone must've thought of it by now. Any video conversion utilizes 90% and above CPU and only 2-3% GPU even when the app is added from control panel. This is a must-have feature, hardware accelerated video conversion to minimize load on CPU and not make the computer run like a jet engine.
