Feature Request: Set initial process value at startup

The process value always starts at zero. In my use case we have a very slow system (heating) where valves are very slow. Setting the process value to an initial value would help to have the system stabilize faster.

The process value is the feedback value (input).
Do you mean the controlled value (output) ?

If yes, in the mean time you can set the variable self._i to a value of your choice to change the output. I will add a parameter in the init function soon. But right now I don't have enough time to work on it.
