Implement User Functionality

Users of the Thrive application should be able to create a user account for themselves to use within the application. The following fields should be considered for capture within the User bounded context:

• Username unique
• Password hashed
• Email
• First Name
• Last Name
• Street Address 1
• Street Address 2
• City
• State
• Zip

Authentication / Authorization will be necessary, but should be managed from a separate story.
