Description
Hello,
I am currently using a laptop called Genbook that features the RK3588s SoC.
https://hackaday.io/project/196668-genbook-rk3588/log/230987-instructions-of-genbook-rk3588
At the moment, my laptop is running Kernel 6.1, which is the official Rockchip BSP kernel.
I have also read your article about the optimizations for Kernel 5.10:
https://github.com/ThomasKaiser/Knowledge/blob/master/articles/Quick_Preview_of_ROCK_5B.md#important-insights-and-suggested-optimisations
I would like to know if these optimizations are still necessary under Kernel 6.1 BSP.
Is the combination of ondemand+upthreshold=25 still the optimal solution? Does schedutil perform better under Kernel 6.1?
What other optimizations can improve the energy efficiency?
Thank you!
